Queen Victoria learned her cooking from her mother when she was a child. She learned how to be creative in the kitchen by transforming basic ingredients into edible creations. She is inspired by her ancestors who while yet enslaved created food from scraps that later became America’s Culinary heartbeat. Her passion for cooking and hospitality was birthed over 20 years ago when she used her gift in hospitality ministry by cooking and serving the bereaved and fellowship events.
In 2019 she enrolled in professional training at Washburn Culinary Institute to pursue her dream of becoming a professional chef and business owner. Chef Victoria earned her AAS in Culinary Arts in November 2021 with honors and was awarded the Dean’s List. She specializes in International Food, Vegan, Vegetarian, Southern and Cajun Cuisine.
In March 2021 she became the CEO of Queen Victoria’s Catering LLC and has successfully provided catering for special occasions, birthdays, repast, and private Chef events in the privacy of customer homes. Queen Victoria’s Catering is founded on the premise that quality food should be served with excellence. She has a passion for creating fresh food and she caters to the Foodie by transforming familiar food that is beautiful and made from only the best quality fresh ingredients. Queen Victoria’s catering is the “Checkmate for the Foodie”.
